Worst delivery i experienced what i ordered what i got is totally different

What i ordered is the one as per your photo.. what i got is totally different…
Tried to contact your customer care… not only they are helpful they are very rude as well this happened once… my subseqent effortrs to reach your customer care failed… all computer directions which is of no value to a customer like me… i put this product for return… in the last figteen days or so delhivery sends ma a message daily in the morning… that the item will be picked up by your agent that day.. and in the evening i get a message that your agent is unable to pickit up that day… this is happening every day for more than ten days or so… nothing happened upto now…. Sorry to inform this the worst customer care service from you people… we are fed up now… if pick it up ok… otherwise also out of frustration we are forced to keep the product… i have decided now not to order anything of varees products…. Thats all
