Responsibilities: 

Develop Retention Campaigns:

  • Responsible for creation, execution, and monitoring of retention marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
  • Help develop content and messaging for customer communications and loyalty programs.

Data Analysis:

  • Gather and analyse data related to customer behaviour, campaign performance, and retention metrics.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist in managing and updating customer databases and segmentation lists.
  • Help coordinate and implement customer engagement initiatives, such as surveys and feedback collection.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign goals and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment with retention strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience required; internships or academic projects related to marketing are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer retention concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software or CRM tools like Clevertap, Moengage is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
