The shade came broken was travellling hence the package was opened probably 10 days later. Wanted an exchange no refund or change. Bad customer service and terrible attitude. To be told that you can only refund in 24 hours makes no sense. Also this is a broken product. No way it could have been damaged in transit. It was a broken piece that was packed

We would like to inform you that according to our return policy, you are eligible to return the items within 2 -5 days from the date of delivery. However, in this case, the issue was brought to our attention on 15/02/2024 and product was delivered to you on 01/02/2024 which exceeds the specified duration. So we will not be able to approve this request.
