Faulty product given, no response from support

I have purchased a Table lamp (Grey glamour table lamp) and got delivered today. After plugging this is not working and short circuit happening. This is a faulty electrical product and has been sent to us without proper testing. The switchboard got destroyed and not working anymore after i plugged this.
This is unacceptable and please look into this with priority.
The customer helpdesk is also not reachable. Please initiate return and refund.
