Product condition is damaged and Vaaree isnt giving refund even after returning product

Packaging by seller is horrible and the product is received chipped and damaged twice. Vaaree isnt issuing a refund of 2k INR even after returning the product. Customer service helpline also doesnt work. Regretting buying this product
