Boho Fauna Lamp

Firstly, i would like to say the lamps are incredible. Few points i would like to highlight to finetune the customer expectations. I received three lamps, the alignment of which is incorrect, which means it does not seat straight when you look at it from a distance, it is either tilted on any side. This should be checked beforehand, it is shipped. Second, the packaging needs to be improved. All the three lamps i received were thrashed from the sides which needed to be adjusted with hand for use. Had the material not been plastic, the actual lamp would have been broken, Also, post adjustment of the squashed areas, it never comes back in the original round shape. The last point i would like to identify is the wooden base and neck, it seems it has been just carved out and shipped with no little polish on them. The prices of the lamps are not less, i believe a little or adequate wooden polish would not be a problem.
