Awsome light . thank you vaaree
My product arrived broken because of your mistake and I am paying for it. I have sent proper pictures and videos to prove the packaging was wrong ,but unfortunately your core value doesn't include customers satisfaction or it's not customer derived. I don't think I really vwantbto order products from you hence forth regardless of price and quality .

Unfortunately, by this time, the product was outside our return/exchange policy period and hence we could not take any action on your request.
