Horrible shopping experience

I ordered tall glasses from Vaaree and they delivered it in a cardboard box without any protection and the result was that I received five out of six glasses broken. When I lodged a return or replacement request I was duly supplied by a new package. When I received the package it was sounding like filled with broken glass so I refuse to receive it and returned it. What I have to say is that unless you arrange a good packing don’t sell fragile items. I don’t know the future of my money.
