Responsibilities:

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers and products
• Helps manage the company’s social media accounts and posts content
• Creates content for captions
• Helps coordinate for influencer campaigns
• Brainstorms for campaign, post and influencer collaboration ideas
• Monitors various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest
• Analyses analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and posts
• Provide suggestions to management for improving engagement and customer experience on social media platforms
• Assists in creating reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• Keen interest in social media platforms and tools
• Has basic understanding of social media marketing and influencer marketing
• Entry level experience of determining how to use social media platforms for various marketing initiatives
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Great organisational and time management abilities
