Poor response

I liked the product. But the support communications like query response is very very poor. The courier delivery time too prolonged.

Also I asked a question about my intention to buy more, it was a specific detail, but I was just told will check and get back, but till date that was not answered.

If you are so negligent, irresponsible and flimsy in responding when a customer actually is telling you that they want to make a purchase, looks like you are not interested in doing business. Very strange attitude.

I have the entire conversation on whatsapp chat between your support number ending 733 and my whatsapp number [****].
