i thought it would be duplicate based on some of the reviews but after using the product i must say it looks great, it has thick tri ply body with capacity markings.Go for it
Worth money solid item
Pan is of good size. Easy to handle and clean. Giving four stars as I have not received any guarantee/ warranty card nor any manual. Every time I purchased bergner utensils I received guarantee card.
Likes- Heats up faster, measurements are etched on the inner part. Easy to clean and the milk doesnt stick to the pan. It may stick a if you boil it for a long period but its easy to scrub off. I feel its much better than the other tea pans I have been using all there years. Its also heavy.Dislike- Handle does get hot but I hold it more towards the tail end where it not that much hot.
Bergner TriPro TriPly 18 cm TeaPan/Milk Pan was found to be defectvie as some portions at internal sides of the pan top had scratches which started to rust later. When contacted for remedy, the company advised to use lime and soda for cleaning!!
