I received a damaged product! I would never recommend buying from them again. They also failed to pick up the damaged item on time, making me wait for days. Additionally, I faced weeks of harassment from customer service, and they only issued a refund after I had to remind them that consumer court exists.
Damaged product received with poor packaging. The return process is not completely user friendly as well. Overall a poor customer experience. I had ordered 3 products from Vaaree - one was damaged, one was a wrong item, and one was fine.
