Experience - 4-5 years

Location - Bidrahalli, Bangalore 

Responsibilities:

● Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management.

● Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets

● Play a key managerial role of supporting the FC head with excellence in execution

● Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly

● Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

● Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

● Resolve any arising problems or complaints

● Supervise, coach and train the team

● Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

● Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

● Continuously look for improvements to operations and be cost effective

● Working proactively with various departments to realise efficiencies and manage expectations

Requirements:

● Any degree with 4-5 years of proven experience.

● Must languages: Kannada and Hindi.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Work location: Bidrahalli, Bangalore.
