  •  Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and target audience.
  •  Manage and maintain the organization's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  •  Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  •  Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and regularly report on key metrics and insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to consistently improve and innovate our online presence. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on managing the brand marketplace and successful management of Instagram and YouTube channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth and engagement. 
  • Experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.  
  • Strong creativity and ability to think strategically, driving innovative social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
