Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company 
• Manage the company's accounting and financial reporting systems
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports 
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations 
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts 
• Manage cash flow and financial transactions 
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and investors 
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance 
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and service providers 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
• 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles 
• Must have experience in ecommerce/marketplace startups or Big 4 firms 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software 
• CA, CPA or CMA certification preferred
