Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Tableau reports to ensure they accurately reflect business metrics and key performance indicators, keeping them up-to-date.
• Facilitate rapid decision-making by providing ad hoc analyses and by democratising data through effective, interactive Tableau dashboards for self-service.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to present detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback aimed at improving business metrics.
• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable data ingestion pipelines using Python.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions that address specific business needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualisation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in high-growth startups, with a focus on data science, ideally within a B2C environment.
• Exceptional skills in SQL and Tableau are essential.
• Scripting abilities in Python.
• A pronounced sense of ownership.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a people-oriented individual who can communicate effectively and collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders across various functions to facilitate getting tasks accomplished.
